A classic New York Sour with a little Naked twist!
Ingredients
50ml
Naked Malt
20ml
Strawberry Syrup
15ml
Lemon Juice
20ml
Egg White
Red Wine Float
Black Pepper Garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients (except the wine) into a shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain into a glass.
- Float the wine followed by some grounded black pepper on top.
