Ripe, Sour, Crisp
How’d you like them apples? In a Whisky Sour of course! We recommend cooking apples for sourness, but you can use any kind you fancy.
50ml Naked Malt
30ml cloudy apple juice
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup (or 15ml honey)
- Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or lemon twist.
