In this combination, Naked Malt meets the sweetness of apricot cordial and herbal depth of dry vermouth. A touch of tonic water adds a refreshing sparkle, elevating the rich, robust whisky and the stone fruit’s lush essence. A harmonious and vibrant cocktail.

A Napricot cocktail

Ingredients

30ml Naked Malt
30ml Apricot cordial*
20ml Dry vermouth
100ml Tonic water

Glass: Highball
Garnish: Apricot wedge
Ice: Cubed/Collins block

Method

Add all ingredients into glass, add ice and stir gently.

*Homemade ingredient: Apricot cordial
200g sugar
300ml water
3g citric acid
250g diced fresh apricot

Method:
Heat sugar and water until sugar has dissolved, add apricots and bring to boil. Once boiling, take off heat and leave to cool. Stir in acid, strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer.
