Say hello to the Nakedcello. In this zesty, aromatic mix of Naked Malt and sweet limoncello, a splash of verjus gives a tangy kick, while oregano cordial brings a fresh, herbal twist. Ingredients

Naked Malt
30ml
Lemoncello
10ml
Verjus
10ml
Oregano cordial*
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Skewered green olives
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin/glass. Add cubed ice to the top, stir for one minute then strain into glass over ice.
*Homemade ingredients: Oregano cordial
5g Dried oregano
200g Sugar / 300ml Water
5g Malic acid
Method:
Add sugar, acid and water to a pot and heat until sugar is dissolved, add dried thyme, stir and leave to infuse for 24 hours at room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer.
