This cocktail combines the smooth and fruity flavours of Naked Malt with a homemade clove cordial, adding a touch of spice. Topped with champagne and soda for a festive fizz, it’s served in a wine glass over ice and garnished with star anise for an aromatic finish. Perfect for a sophisticated and unique drink experience!

Naked Malt
30ml
Clove Cordial*
45ml
Soda water
45ml
Champagne
Glass: Wine
Garnish: Star anise
Ice: Cubed/Block
Method
Add all ingredients into glass, add ice and stir gently.
*Homemade ingredients: Clove Cordial
5g Cloves
200g Sugar
5g Malic acid
300ml Water
Method:
Add sugar, acid and water to a pot and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add cloves, stir and leave to infuse for 24 hours at room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer.
