The Naked Jasmine is exactly that: a delightful combination of Naked Malt whisky with jasmine-infused sweet vermouth. A nuanced version of the classic whisky highball with floral and slightly bitter notes reminiscent of jasmine tea. At once elegant, refreshing and straightforward, with an Asian-inspired twist.

Ingredients
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Jasmine flower / edible flower
Ice: Cubed / Collins block

Method:
Add all ingredients into glass, add ice and stir gently.
*Homemade ingredient: Jasmine-infused sweet vermouth
1 Bottle sweet vermouth
5g Jasmine tea
Method:
Add jasmine to the vermouth, infuse at room temperature for 24 hours. Strain through coffee filter.
