Naked In New York

Make it there, make it anywhere… This modern twist on a New York Sour replaces bourbon with Naked Malt for that unique depth of flavour. Red wine syrup gives consistent sweetness, while cherry eau de vie (kirsch) adds a subtle cherry note. Egg white or foamer enhances the texture, for that silky mouthfeel. A sophisticated drink that retains the original’s essence, with new layers of flavour and texture.

Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake without ice, then add ice and shake again.
2. Fine strain into glass.

1pt sugar
Method:
Add equal parts sugar and red wine to a container, stir until sugar is dissolved.
