Old fashioned in an entirely new way… The Naked Fashion combines smoky, earthy and spicy notes for a complex and intriguing drink. An elegant cocktail that perfectly balances the rich flavours of Naked Malt whisky with sultry lapsang, for flavours both complementary and contemporary.
Ingredients
60ml
Naked Malt
10ml
Lapsang tea syrup*

Teaspoon coffee beans
2
Dash cardamon bitters
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Shiso / perilla leaf
Ice: Cubed / block
Method
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass/tin. Add cubed ice to the top, stir for one minute then strain into glass over ice.
*Homemade ingredient: Lapsang tea syrup
200g Sugar / 200ml Water
5g Lapsang tea
Method:
Add sugar and water to a pot and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add lapsang, stir and leave to rest until cool. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh.
