
Naked Colada

Creamy and refreshing, it’s the Naked Colada. A base of Naked Malt, enhanced by rich and tropical coconut cream, and the sweet smoothness of vanilla syrup. Fresh lemon juice gives a bright, citrus acidity for balance, while egg white or foamer adds the froth. Topped with soda for that light effervescence.

Ingredients
Glass: Fizz glass / small highball
Garnish: Coconut Flakes
Method
Add all ingredients apart from the soda to the shaker. Shake without ice then add ice and shake again. Fine strain into glass, let settle, then top with soda.
*Homemade ingredient: Vanilla syrup
250ml Water / 250g Sugar
3g Vanilla Pod
Method:
Add sugar and water to a pot and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla, stir and leave to rest until cool. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer.
