A cocktail that lets one thousand flavours bloom… The Naked Blossom masterfully combines Naked Malt whisky and fino sherry with an orgeat syrup infusing chamomile and almond flavours. Fresh lemon juice adds a refreshing citrusy note, while precious drops of orange blossom water impart a delicate floral aroma. Complex and balanced, with dry and nutty notes, and a bright floral elegance.
Ingredients
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Berry powder
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake without ice then add ice and shake again. Fine strain into glass.
*Homemade ingredient: Chamomile orgeat
250ml Water / 250g Sugar
70g Ground almond
5g Chamomile
Method:
Add sugar and water to a pot and heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil for a minute then remove from heat. Add ground almonds and chamomile, stir then cover and rest at room temperature for 6 to 12 hours. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer.
