A cocktail that lets one thousand flavours bloom…The Naked Blossom masterfully combines Naked Malt whisky and fino sherry with an orgeat syrup infusing chamomile and almond flavours. Fresh lemon juice adds a refreshing citrusy note, while precious drops of orange blossom water impart a delicate floral aroma. Complex and balanced, with dry and nutty notes, and a bright floral elegance.
Ingredients
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Berry powder
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake without ice then add ice and shake again. Fine strain into glass.
*Homemade ingredient: Chamomile orgeat
250ml Water / 250g Sugar
70g Ground almond
5g Chamomile
Method:
Add sugar and water to a pot and heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil for a minute then remove from heat. Add ground almonds and chamomile, stir then cover and rest at room temperature for 6 to 12 hours. Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer.
