How’d you like them apples? In a Whisky Sour of course! We recommend cooking apples for sourness, but you can use any kind you fancy.

- Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or lemon twist.
BARTENDER'S TIP.
Try using honey or agave syrup instead of sugar syrup to give your cocktail a higher viscosity and thicker mouthfeel.
