NAKED MULLED SOUR

Mulling over what to do with all that leftover mulled wine? Something tells us you might just be about to find the answer…
1 1/4oz Naked Malt
3/4oz Lemon juice
3/4oz Mulled wine
1 Egg white
1. Make the mulled wine reduction by adding leftover mulled wine to a saucepan and simmering until reduced down to half its original volume, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool.
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker, top up with ice and shake.
3. Fill a glass with ice and strain in your Naked Mulled Sour.
4. Garnish with orange, cloves or star anise (optional).
