Apple Sour

Ripe, Sour, Crisp

How’d you like them apples? In a Whisky Sour of course! We recommend cooking apples for sourness, but you can use any kind you fancy.

Naked Malt Apple Whisky Sour Cocktail, green in colour, served in short round glass with lemon peel twist garnish.

Ingredients

50ml Naked Malt

1 Freshly juiced Granny Smith apple

20ml Lemon juice

10ml Sugar syrup

Shaken with basil

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake with ice.
  2. Strain over ice.
  3. Garnish with lemon twist.
