Apple Sour

Ripe, Sour, Crisp

How’d you like them apples? In a Whisky Sour of course! We recommend cooking apples for sourness, but you can use any kind you fancy.

Naked Malt apple signature sour cocktail alternate


50ml Naked Malt
30ml Cloudy apple juice
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup or honey

2oz Naked Malt

2oz Freshly juiced Granny Smith apple

1/2oz Lemon juice

1/2oz Sugar syrup

Shaken with basil


  1. Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake with ice.
  2. Strain over ice.
  3. Garnish with lemon twist.
